2 Full Days Workshop with Hands-on Practical & Case Study Session.

The workshop is broken up into 2 days. The first day on 06 July 2019 (9am-6pm) and second half-day on 07 July 2019 (9:00am-12:30pm) will provide investors with a thorough understanding, evaluation techniques and portfolio management strategies for REITs.

A half-day Hands-on Practical & Case Study Session on 07 July 2019 (1:30pm-6:00pm) is offered to help investors tackle practical aspects of REIT investing. Participants will vote on their choice of REITs/Business Trusts to analyse and will be guided step-by-step on the analysis process using the spreadsheets and tools provided.
